Located in the Main Lobby, our Concierge Desk is staffed by professionals who are available to serve patients, their families and the hospital staff. In addition to providing information about the hospital, our Concierge can offer you access to a variety of services to help make the stay of patients and their families as comfortable as possible.

To access these services, you may call the Concierge Desk at (323) 442-8787, visit the desk in our lobby, or fax your request to (323) 442-8908. The Concierge Desk is open from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekends.
