Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment with us, please call (323) 442-5908 and ask to speak to the nurse coordinator on-call. One of our highly trained staff will assist you and facilitate the most expeditious and appropriate evaluation for your specific needs. If any special arrangements or testings need to be arranged these can be coordinated by the nurse and financial coordinators.
