Dr. Jabbour completed his training in abdominal organ transplantation at the University of Pittsburgh Transplantation Institute. As both a fellow and an Assistant Professor of Surgery under Dr. Starzl, Dr. Jabbour intimately experienced many of the recent advances in abdominal organ transplantation. This included his appointments to the multivisceral and small bowel transplantation teams, which performed more than 40 of these highly advanced and complex procedures.
